h5hhh Terms and Conditions
If you intend to use the h5hhh platform, you are asked to read and understand the terms and conditions in this document before playing. Your rights and responsibilities as a player are clearly set out here.

1. General Terms
1.1 Agreement
By accessing the h5hhh platform (https://h5hhh.bio), registering an account, or placing any bet, you are considered to have read and expressly agreed to these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is a legally binding contract between you and h5hhh.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not continue using the platform. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time with prior notice. If you continue using the platform after any amendments, you will be considered to have agreed to the updated terms.
1.2 Age Restriction
You must be 21 or older to use the h5hhh platform. If we find that a person under 21 is playing, that account will be closed immediately and the funds in that account may be temporarily frozen. We firmly believe that only those aged 21+ should be allowed to play.
1.3 Geographic Restrictions
If you access this platform from a country or territory where online gambling is prohibited by law, you do so at your own risk. h5hhh will not be held responsible for any issues arising from such access. It is your own responsibility to check the legal status of online gaming in your area.
2. Account Registration and Management
2.1 Account Registration
Each player may only register one account at h5hhh. Multiple accounts (multi-accounting) are not permitted. If this is found to have occurred, we may close all such accounts and void any bonus funds.
- You must provide your real name, ID and contact details.
- If the information you provide is found to be incorrect, withdrawals may be suspended.
- Personal information may be requested for account verification (KYC).
2.2 Password Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details secure. h5hhh is not responsible for any losses caused by someone else accessing your account. If you notice any suspicious activity, please contact support immediately.
2.3 Account Verification
h5hhh may request copies of your ID and proof of payment at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Please understand that these checks are carried out to prevent fraud and money laundering.
3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policies
3.1 Deposits
You can deposit via KBZPay, Wave Money and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks and deposits below this amount will not be accepted. If a deposit fails, please contact us with the Transaction Reference.
3.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Withdrawals can only be made through the same payment channel used for the deposit.
- A withdrawal request cannot be modified while it is being processed — you may only make changes after it has been successfully completed.
- Withdrawals may be held until a player's KYC verification is complete.
- Withdrawals suspected of money laundering may be blocked.
3.3 Currency Exchange
All transactions on the platform are in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks) only. h5hhh reserves the right to reject deposits made in foreign currencies at any time.
4. Bonus Policies
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New accounts making their first deposit can receive a 150% welcome bonus (up to 300,000 Ks). You cannot withdraw until the bonus is used — the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times before a withdrawal is allowed.
Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks you will receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving you a total of 50,000 Ks. To withdraw from that 30,000 Ks bonus, you must wager 30,000 × 20 = 600,000 Ks first.
4.2 Bonus Restrictions
- Each bonus offer may have its own wagering requirements.
- Accounts found to be abusing bonuses may be suspended.
- If you withdraw before completing the bonus wagering requirement, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only your real balance will be paid out.

4.3 Other Bonuses
Cashback, VIP Rebate and Referral Bonus are each governed by their own promotion terms. h5hhh's decision is final on any disputes arising from bonuses.
5. Gaming Policies
5.1 Fair Play
All games at h5hhh use a Certified Random Number Generator (RNG), so every result is completely random. We protect player data with SSL encryption and strong security systems.
5.2 Prohibited Conduct
h5hhh may immediately close any account found to be engaged in the following—
- Playing using software bots or automation tools
- Intentional bonus abuse or bonus hunting
- Depositing or withdrawing for the purpose of money laundering
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities in the platform
- Using another person's personal information without their consent
5.3 Errors and Technical Issues
If a result is voided due to a technical error on the platform's side during play, only the result determined by us will be used. h5hhh is not responsible for issues caused by connectivity problems, browser errors or any technical problems on the player's end.
6. VIP Levels & Benefits
6.1 VIP Levels (5 Tiers)
h5hhh's VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A player's tier is determined by their playing history and activity, with points awarded at h5hhh's discretion.
- Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold — Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
- Diamond — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%
The exact cashback amount depends on the type of game the player plays and the stake placed.
6.2 Referral Terms
When a referred friend makes their first deposit, the referrer receives 8% of that deposit amount as bonus funds (up to 20,000 Ks per person). Additionally, the referrer can earn 0.3% of their referred friend's valid bets as weekly commission. There are no other rewards outside of these — these two are the only referral benefits available.
7. Legal Responsibilities
7.1 Limitation of Liability
While h5hhh strives to provide uninterrupted service, we are not responsible for losses caused by the following—
- Player's internet connection dropping
- Player's device issues
- Incorrect financial information provided by the player resulting in a failed transfer
- Third-party payment service issues
7.2 Personal Data Protection
Players' personal information is protected in accordance with h5hhh's Privacy Policy. This policy is to be read and applied together with these terms.
7.3 Responsible Gaming

7.4 Dispute Resolution
Any gaming-related disputes can be submitted to h5hhh via 24/7 Live Chat or [email protected]. h5hhh's decision is considered final; however, unresolved matters will be decided by the platform's Internal Legal Committee.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Platform's Right to Suspend
h5hhh reserves the right to immediately close a player's account without prior notice for the following reasons—
- When a breach of these terms is detected
- When fraud, bot usage, or money laundering activity is detected
- When it can be shown that the player is under 21
- When a player harasses or is abusive toward platform staff
8.2 Closure by the Player
If a player wishes to close their own account, they must contact us via 24/7 Live Chat and withdraw any remaining balance first. If there is an active bonus with incomplete wagering requirements, that bonus amount will be removed and only the remaining real balance will be returned.
9. Right to Amend Terms
9.1 Changes
h5hhh may amend these terms at any time based on business needs. Continuing to play after changes are announced on the platform will be taken as acceptance of the updated version.
9.2 Language
The Myanmar language version of these terms is the authoritative reference for precise meaning. In the event of any discrepancy in translation, the original Myanmar language text will take precedence.
